Meditation has been on our minds a lot these days. In this fast pace year, it's been tough to manage our time even for a simple meditation. Realizing if we have no time for hour long sits... It's no excuse. Taking a step back and being fully present even for a few minutes, as well as finding other ways of slowing down is key to our progress this year.
